Applies To: Authorized users accessing TOLIReview under a written enterprise, firm, platform, pilot, order form, master services agreement, or other written agreement with Financial Planner AI, LLC.
TOLIReview is an AI-powered fiduciary review tool for trust-owned life insurance policies, operated by Financial Planner AI, LLC ("Financial Planner AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey limited liability company. TOLIReview analyzes carrier in-force illustrations against a trust's stated purpose, authority, and coverage need — and produces structured fiduciary review documentation for use in trust administration, committee review, and professional file documentation.
Enterprise Agreement Controls. TOLIReview is available only to authorized users under a written enterprise, firm, platform, pilot, order form, master services agreement, or other written agreement with Financial Planner AI, LLC. If you access TOLIReview under a written agreement, whether directly as an authorized professional user or through your firm or organization, that written agreement controls your use of TOLIReview. These Terms apply only to the extent they are incorporated by, referenced in, or not inconsistent with that written agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement controls.
TOLIReview is not offered for general public, consumer, or self-service direct access. Access is limited to authorized users whose organization has entered into a written agreement with Financial Planner AI, LLC or who are otherwise expressly authorized under such an agreement.

TOLIReview is not legal, tax, financial, investment, fiduciary, or insurance advice of any kind. It is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed attorney, CPA, trustee, financial advisor, or insurance professional.
TOLIReview does not make final fiduciary, legal, tax, investment, insurance, product, replacement, surrender, purchase, or client-facing recommendations. It may generate structured findings, review considerations, carrier questions, documentation prompts, and suggested next steps to support professional review — not to replace it. All professional judgments, fiduciary decisions, recommendations, and client-facing determinations remain the sole responsibility of the qualified professional using the tool and their firm.
TOLIReview is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any regulatory authority, trust administrative body, or fiduciary standards organization. References to UPIA, OCC 12 CFR 9.5, OCC 12 CFR 9.6, or similar fiduciary process standards describe the design intent of the report format only. They do not constitute legal certification, regulatory approval, or a determination of fiduciary compliance.
TOLIReview does not constitute the practice of law, the rendering of legal advice, or the performance of trust administration services.
Access to TOLIReview is limited to qualified professionals and firms involved in trust-owned life insurance review, fiduciary documentation, trust administration support, or support of trustees and fiduciary decision-makers, including:
By accepting access, you represent that you are an authorized user under an applicable written agreement with Financial Planner AI, LLC, whether directly as an authorized professional user or through your firm or organization, that you fall within one of these professional categories or are acting under the supervision of such professionals, and that your use of TOLIReview is consistent with your professional obligations.
TOLIReview is not intended for use by policyholders, insurance beneficiaries, or members of the general public seeking analysis of their own policies.
Access to TOLIReview requires authorization under a written enterprise, firm, platform, pilot, order form, master services agreement, or other written agreement with Financial Planner AI, LLC. Financial Planner AI reserves the right to grant, deny, suspend, or revoke access at any time in accordance with the applicable written agreement and these Terms.
Credentials are personal to each authorized user and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other person or organization. You agree to notify Financial Planner AI immediately at rpc@financialplanner-ai.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your credentials.
Financial Planner AI may make sample reports, demonstrations, or evaluation materials available to prospective enterprise clients or authorized evaluators. Such materials are provided solely for enterprise evaluation purposes and remain subject to these Terms, any applicable confidentiality restrictions, and any separate written agreement or evaluation terms.
You may use TOLIReview solely to:
Use is limited to internal professional purposes only. TOLIReview may not be used for public access, resale, or redistribution without express written authorization from Financial Planner AI.
When you share a TOLIReview report with a recipient professional, that sharing does not create a license, account, or user relationship between Financial Planner AI and the recipient. The recipient's use of the report is subject to the output restrictions in Section 7. You remain responsible for ensuring that any sharing of reports is consistent with your confidentiality obligations and the terms of the underlying trust instrument.
TOLIReview applies automated best-effort technology to identify and remove common personal identifiers — including names, dates of birth, addresses, and agent information — from uploaded policy illustrations before AI processing. This redaction is not architecturally enforced client-side and does not provide the same level of certainty as a Zero-Knowledge architecture. Automated redaction is not perfect and may fail to identify all personal information.
You are solely responsible for determining whether to upload any document and whether any information should be redacted prior to upload. If you have concerns about uploading sensitive information, you should redact such information before using TOLIReview or refrain from uploading.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and professional authority to upload any document you submit to TOLIReview, and that such upload is consistent with your fiduciary obligations, applicable privacy law, and the terms of the underlying trust instrument. You remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable privacy and confidentiality regulations, including GLBA, state trust privacy laws, and professional conduct rules.
Our redaction system is a convenience tool, not a compliance guarantee.
Uploaded documents are processed using a combination of Financial Planner AI systems and enterprise-grade third-party infrastructure providers, including cloud hosting, database services, and AI processing services. All processing occurs within the United States. AI providers contractually commit not to train on data submitted through business API endpoints. We cannot independently verify third-party practices beyond our contractual agreements.
You may delete uploaded illustrations and generated reviews from your account where deletion controls are available, or request deletion by contacting rpc@financialplanner-ai.com. Our infrastructure providers may retain deleted data in backup systems for up to 90 days or according to their standard enterprise backup-retention practices. After applicable backup-retention periods expire, deleted data is intended to be purged or rendered unrecoverable in accordance with provider processes. TOLIReview — including all software, analytical frameworks, methodologies, report structures, scoring logic, intake design, duration adequacy methodology, and underlying architecture — constitutes proprietary intellectual property and trade secrets of Financial Planner AI, LLC, developed through substantial investment.
You may not:
TOLIReview reports are licensed to you for professional fiduciary use only — trust file documentation, committee review, professional discussion, and client coordination. All other rights are reserved.
Information regarding TOLIReview's design, pricing, capabilities, methodology, and evaluation materials is confidential and proprietary. Such information may be used solely for your internal professional evaluation or authorized purposes and may not be disclosed to third parties without Financial Planner AI's prior written consent, except as required by law.
This confidentiality restriction does not prohibit sharing generated TOLIReview reports in the manner expressly permitted under Section 5, provided such sharing is consistent with applicable confidentiality obligations, the governing trust instrument, professional conduct rules, and the output restrictions in Section 7.
TOLIReview provides educational and analytical tools designed to support professional judgment. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, fiduciary, or insurance advice.
All professional judgments, fiduciary decisions, recommendations, and client-facing determinations remain the sole responsibility of the licensed professional using the tool and their firm, subject to applicable law, professional conduct rules, and internal compliance procedures.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of TOLIReview complies with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction, including any state-specific rules governing the use of AI tools in fiduciary or insurance contexts.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOLIREVIEW IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Financial Planner AI does not warrant that TOLIReview will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analyses will be accurate, complete, or applicable to any specific trust or policy situation. Performance descriptions and feature capabilities are not guarantees.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Financial Planner AI's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, shall not exceed the greater of: (a) fees actually paid by you to Financial Planner AI during the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one thousand U.S. dollars ($1,000).
IN NO EVENT SHALL FINANCIAL PLANNER AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY CLAIMS, FIDUCIARY CLAIMS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF FINANCIAL PLANNER AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between the parties and are an essential element of the basis of the bargain. Financial Planner AI would not provide access to TOLIReview without these limitations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
No individual member, manager, officer, or employee of Financial Planner AI shall have personal liability under these Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Financial Planner AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
Financial Planner AI may suspend or revoke your access to TOLIReview at any time, with or without cause, upon notice by email. Financial Planner AI may immediately suspend access without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct that may harm Financial Planner AI or third parties, or use TOLIReview in violation of applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to access TOLIReview ceases immediately. You must cease new use of the platform and confidential evaluation materials. You may retain previously generated reports solely to the extent reasonably necessary for trust file documentation, professional recordkeeping, legal compliance, internal archival purposes, or other permitted professional use, subject to the output restrictions in Section 7 and confidentiality obligations in Section 8. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact Financial Planner AI at rpc@financialplanner-ai.com and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty days.
Governing law: New Jersey law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes: Financial Planner AI may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the platform. Continued use of TOLIReview after changes constitutes acceptance.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Entire agreement: The applicable written agreement with Financial Planner AI, LLC, whether entered into directly by an authorized professional user or by a firm or organization, together with any incorporated terms, order forms, privacy terms, data-processing terms, platform terms, or evaluation terms, governs access to TOLIReview. These Terms apply only to the extent incorporated by, referenced in, or not inconsistent with that written agreement. In the event of a conflict, the signed written agreement controls.
Assignment:You may not assign these Terms without Financial Planner AI's prior written consent. Financial Planner AI may assign without restriction.
