TOLIReview is operated by Financial Planner AI, LLC ("Financial Planner AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when authorized users access TOLIReview at tolireview.com under a written enterprise, firm, platform, pilot, order form, master services agreement, or other written agreement with Financial Planner AI, LLC.
For authorized users, the applicable written agreement with Financial Planner AI, LLC, including any incorporated data-processing terms, platform terms, order form, privacy terms, security exhibit, or evaluation terms, governs access to TOLIReview. This Privacy Policy applies only to the extent incorporated by, referenced in, or not inconsistent with that written agreement. In the event of a conflict, the signed written agreement controls.
For questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at rpc@financialplanner-ai.com.
TOLIReview is designed for authorized professional and firm users involved in trust-owned life insurance review, fiduciary documentation, trust administration support, or support of trustees and fiduciary decision-makers. It is not a consumer product and is not offered for general public, consumer, or self-service direct access.
For authorized users, your organization may control or administer your access to TOLIReview, including user provisioning, permitted use, report retention, deletion requests, and internal access policies. Financial Planner AI processes information to provide TOLIReview services under the applicable written agreement with your organization.
Account and access information: Your email address, name, firm or organization name, professional role, and access credentials — collected when your organization provisions access, requests authorized access, or when an account is created under an applicable written agreement.
Uploaded documents: Carrier in-force policy illustrations you upload for analysis. These documents may contain personal identifying information about trust beneficiaries, insureds, or policy owners. See Section 5 for how uploaded documents are handled.
Intake responses: Your answers to the seven trust context questions that shape each review — including trust purpose, authority model, obligation period, and funding status. These responses are used to generate your review and are stored with your account.
Generated content: The fiduciary review findings, duration analysis, and PDF reports generated from your uploaded illustration and intake responses.
Usage data: Basic interaction data including which sections have been completed, timestamps, session information, and access logs. We use this to maintain the platform and improve the product.
Communications: Any correspondence you send us, including access requests, support inquiries, and feedback.
We do not collect payment card information directly. If payment is required, it is processed by a third-party payment processor and subject to their terms and privacy policy.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers or build marketing profiles about our users.
We do not sell personal information.
TOLIReview applies automated best-effort technology to identify and remove common personal identifiers — including names, dates of birth, addresses, and agent information — from uploaded policy illustrations before AI processing. This redaction is not architecturally enforced client-side and does not provide the same level of certainty as a Zero-Knowledge architecture.
Automated redaction is not perfect and may fail to identify all personal information. You are solely responsible for determining whether to redact sensitive information from documents before upload and for your own compliance with applicable privacy and confidentiality obligations, including GLBA, state trust privacy laws, and professional conduct rules governing your practice.
Document data is processed by AI services through business or commercial API endpoints where providers are contractually restricted from using submitted customer data for model training unless otherwise permitted by the applicable written agreement or explicit opt-in settings. We cannot independently verify third-party practices beyond our contractual agreements. Financial Planner AI configures its primary processing environment for United States-based processing where supported by its infrastructure providers and applicable enterprise settings.
